Summer is in full swing on the Amalfi Coast, offering a variety of events and attractions. You can enjoy a scenic walk along the famous Sentiero dei Limoni (Lemon Path) that connects Maiori and Minori. Consider going for a boat ride along the coast, where you can admire the fabulous summer houses of the rich and famous. Alternatively, you might relax at one of the elegant beach clubs scattered along the shoreline. Be sure to savour the local cuisine, which features fresh seafood and renowned Amalfi Coast pasta dishes. Ristorante al Miramare is a great option, with a focus on Italian and seafood dishes. The summer fare is light, allowing you to indulge in some of the most delicious Italian ingredients found in the region. Juicy, fat figs, the sweetest sun-ripened tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and lush arugula are all in abundance. And we can’t forget the famous Amalfi lemons! There's nothing quite like enjoying an Italian lemon granita paired with brioche for breakfast. Speaking of pastries, my absolute favourites are sfogliatelle, which are best made at the renowned Pasticceria Pansa in Amalfi Town. Don’t miss meeting up with friends for an Amalfi Spritz at one of the stylish hotel bars in Positano, such as Franco’s Bar or Arienzo Beach Club, which is also a great place to enjoy a spritz with a view, especially if you're looking for a beach club atmosphere. The Hotel Poseidon's terrace is another great spot for sunset cocktails.
