Each winter in Australia, it seems as if half the country flies off for a long Euro summer vacation, complete with endless, envy-inducing Instagram photo dumps of people lounging along the Mediterranean. Now it is our turn; while Europe is drowning in snow, our summer has finally started. We take inspiration from the Amalfi Coast in what we wear, eat, and drink. Whether Positano, Ravello, or Portofino, we love the vibes! The Amalfi Coast is a 50-kilometre stretch along the southern edge of Italy’s Sorrentine Peninsula. This popular holiday destination is known for its cliffs that offer breathtaking views and charming pastel-coloured fishing villages. Ravello, a resort town situated 365 meters above the Tyrrhenian Sea, features iconic cliffside gardens. Portofino, located on the Italian Riviera southeast of Genoa, is a picturesque fishing village. It is characterised by pastel-coloured houses, boutiques, and seafood restaurants surrounding the Piazzetta, a cobblestone square overlooking a harbour filled with super-yachts.
