Shipping policy

Shipping:

  • Shipping times for Printful and Printify vary by method and location. U.S. orders typically arrive in 2 to 8 business days, while international orders take about 3 to 30 business days. Please allow an additional 2 to 7 days for production before shipping. Thank you for your patience!

  • The longer shipping time is a direct result of a production model aimed at being more environmentally friendly. This is a trade-off for a fashion approach that prioritizes lower environmental impact over instant gratification. By choosing print-on-demand (POD), consumers are supporting a system that values sustainability over speed.

  • The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters. Printify does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

  • Delivery to a PO box is advised only for destinations in the United States. For other countries, delivery to a PO box is not advisable and is at the customer’s own risk. The correct address formatting guidelines should be followed when a shipment is directed to a PO box.

  • When you enable Economy Shipping for a product, both Standard and Economy delivery options become available, allowing you to choose your preferred shipping method at the Italything Shopify store checkout. Additionally, you can enable Express Delivery for select products, providing you with even greater flexibility.

  • Economy Shipping is Printify's and Printful's new, cost-effective, fully-tracked shipping method, starting at just USD 3.99.  Economy Shipping delivers your products across the United States in 4-8 business days. That’s only a couple of days longer than Standard delivery, but up to 15% cheaper. For the exact price of each supported product and its variants, refer to the Printify Catalog on our webiste.  You can find this information on each product listing by clicking Provider info → Shipping. 

  • Our Print Providers are able to ship to most countries, except for North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
  • The information about which shipping carrier is being used by a particular Print Provider can be found on our Shipping Rates page. To locate it, click on the specific Print Provider, and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

  • Contrado uses FedEx, DHL, TNT or similar service as our default delivery option. We suggest this service as it includes package tracking and a guaranteed speedy delivery. This service can take as little as 3 days, or as long as 5 days on average, depending on the destination and its accessibility. Shipping costs and time can vary significantly for remote areas, and it may be necessary for Contrado to charge an additional fee. In such a case we would call to discuss the payment before a charge is incurred.

Production timeframe

  • The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of the year, product availability and order size. Generally, most orders are shipped wihtin 2-7 business days after the order is submitted. However, it is important to note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order. You can find an estimated ship-by date for each order in your Orders tab. 
  • For Contrado products the average production time is 48 hours. Thanks to their own one-stop production facility, they dispatch many products within 24 hours of receiving the order. 
  • What is the average production time? As you are choosing your preferred Print Provider for the product, you are able to see their average fulfillmen time for this product. Once an order has been submitted to production, you will be able to see a ship-by date estimate in your Orders tab, as well as in order details.
